Access Labels Report
Access Labels Report
Up
to and including page 16, this report uses the same database design as our Mail-Merge
book, so if you have already completed our mail-merge book, you could add
the labels report to your existing database.
I
would still recommend that you start from the beginning and work
through the whole book, as this will re-enforce your skills.
However, if you want to keep both databases in the same folder you will
need to use a different filename for this one as you can't have two databases with
the same filename in the same directory.
There
are many ways of doing things in Microsoft Access. I have tried to pick
the easiest ones to explain but if you know a better way, use your way for
the bits that you already know. For example, I have chosen queries
to isolate the data that I wish to use, where I could have used one of the
the built in filters that access contains, but the book would become
impossibly long if I tried to explain everything in one go.
Enjoy
Tony.
